In light of the COVID-19 situation worldwide, we've had to adjust and adapt to the new normal. We are still committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience online, and seek your understanding should we need to constantly change these measures in order to comply with government advisories.
We have robust WFH measures in place, and our team is 100% remote. We are still contactable by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by call/Whatsapp (+65 84256435) during office hours (M-F 9-6pm), and will be happy to assist with any questions or sizing issues.
Our ecommerce store will continue operating and fulfilling orders throughout this period of "Circuit Breaker" measures announced by the Singapore government on 3 April 2020.
Our 3PL logistics partner is considered an essential service, so they will continue with operations. They have implemented safe distancing measures, which means only a skeleton crew remains in the warehouse. Hence, this may result in a slight delay in the processing of orders.
FACTORY & SUPPLY CHAINS
Our factory in Portugal is on lockdown, as are our leather tanneries in Germany, France and Italy. As such, all pre-orders, Create Your Style MTO commissions and restocks are delayed. Orders are estimated to take 12-16 weeks to be fulfilled.
Local and international deliveries are still ongoing; again, this may result in slight delays because of limited service capabilities. For international deliveries, please check with your respective government advisories as some have stopped courier/delivery services for non-essential items and this will cause additional delays.
Because of the increased costs that many couriers are now imposing, we are unable to offer free shipping for any international orders at this moment. Shipping to Singapore addresses will continue to remain complimentary.

Takashimaya will be closed from 7 April - 1 June 2020 (both dates inclusive).
CREATE YOUR STYLE/MTO FITTINGS
Our showroom will be closed from 7 April - 1 June 2020 (both dates inclusive), and as such, no appointments for CYS fittings will be held. You can still book appointments from 2 June 2020 onwards.
Our exchange policy remains at 14 days after shipment has been delivered, but is now extended to cover sales and promotional items, as we recognize the need to exchange wrong sizes.
Please note that because of increased costs that many couriers are imposing, we are unable to offer free exchange/returns at the moment. Cost of shipment back to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.
