We're excited to be launching our Pre-Orders, a way for us to introduce new styles at a much lower price!
HOW PRE-ORDERS WORK
Each pre-order item is given a deadline to hit a minimum order quantity (usually 10 pairs). If the item hits its minimum order before or by its deadline, the style will be sent to production. If it doesn't receive the minimum order threshold by its deadline, it will not be produced.
HOW AM I CHARGED FOR PRE-ORDERS?
All pre-orders are charged at the time of order, just like any other orders. If your item has received its minimum order, your order will be processed as per our usual orders. If the item is not being produced (i.e. did not hit the minimum order quantity), you will be notified 1 business day after the deadline and your entire order refunded to your original payment method (including any shipping fees/taxes you may have paid).
YAY! MY ITEM HAS REACHED ITS MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT?
Once an item is slated for production, it will take another 8-12 weeks for production. You will be notified once your order has reached our warehouse and is ready to be shipped to you.
WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS? WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG?
We have many styles and color combinations to offer, and this is one way for us to let you, our customer, decide which styles we should produce! Through our pre-orders, we can also offer a wider range of sizes (including half sizes!).
It's also a way for us to pass on some cost savings to you, since we will only produce what is ordered and do not have to carry inventory on the less popular styles/colors.
I MISSED THE PRE-ORDER BUT I REALLY WANT THIS SYLE!
If you missed the pre-order period, but your item is going into production, no worries! It means that we will produce our usual production quantity and you can order it once it's been stocked as part of our collection. Unfortunately, it does mean that you will not be able to enjoy the special pre-order price, so we do urge you to place your pre-orders as early as possible to enjoy the savings.
CAN I CHANGE THE COLOR/SIZE OF THE PRE-ORDER ITEM?
Our Pre-Order item specifications are fixed, so if the pre-order is for a black pair, you will not be able to change it to brown. Sizes listed on the pre-order page are the only available sizes that we can offer.
I NOTICE YOU OFFER A LOT MORE SIZE OPTIONS THAN YOUR NORMAL SHOES! CAN YOU OFFER THE SAME FOR THE CLASSIC COLLECTION?
Unfortunately, no. Pre-orders are a way for us to reach out to more customers who cannot find their usual sizes in our collections (including half sizes). These sizes (especially half-sizes) are only offered during pre-order and will not be available as part of our Classic Collection.
